  • For those of you who know me, you also know that I have a husband who can pretty much do anything.  He is a carpenter, mechanic, clock maker, sailor, computer wiz, and the list goes on.  He is most passionate about cooking.  He truely missed his calling and should have been a chef.  Yesterday, while enjoying a rare day off together he wanted to know what I wanted for dinner.  He was craving sea food, I can eat sea food everyday.  So off to the store he went.  We had fresh lobster (I felt bad for the little guys, until I started eating them) stuffed crab, broiled broccoli and a crab stuffed poblano pepper, with twisted parmesian bread sticks.  Dinner was outstanding and so is my hubby.misc 071 misc 069

  • Kevins wants to know why we weren't invited.  We ate hamburgers and hot dogs at Chuck & Kelly's.  I played Texas Hold 'em for the first time!
